As a family owned business our customers deal directly with owners, David West, Sr. and his son, David West, Jr. Our skilled team of craftsmen is led by Ron Mayfield, our shop foreman, who has been at Alabama Auto Top Specialists, Inc. since the doors were opened back in 1976. With over 100 years of combined experience: quality and expertise are the foundational building blocks of our business.

Our services include: convertible top replacements and repairs, aftermarket leather packages, new sunroof installations and repairs, headliner replacement, convertible rear window repairs, simulated convertible top installation and repair, water leak diagnostics and repair, upholstery repair and much more.

Warranties
- All power sunroofs have a limited-lifetime warranty available to the original owner of the vehicle.
- Convertible tops come with a six-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- Leather packages come with a 3-year/36,000 mile manufacturer’s warranty.
DIAGNOSTICS / repair time
- Diagnostic service is performed on all vehicles prior to water leak or mechanical repairs.
- If ordered parts are needed for the repair, then the vehicle could stay anywhere between 1-3 days. We make every effort to ensure as brief a stay as possible.
